The ceremony, which was attended by around 200 industry luminaries, was hosted by BBC presenter Paddy O’Connell.

The Rose d’Or Awards are one of the world’s most prestigious awards for entertainment programming.  It is a Eurovision and Euroradio event, operated by the European Broadcasting Union (EBU).

‘Street Jungle’ captures the chaotic parking wars taking place in cities right around the world, following those who hold down perhaps that most derided profession of all – the hapless parking wardens. The series explores the personalities required to cope with a job in which the public routinely yell at them as they go about their daily duties.

“We are delighted to win this prestigious award for ‘Street Jungle’. We’re currently in production of season 3 and we hope this will bring the format the international success we think it deserves. After all, drivers in busy towns and cities around the world can all relate to the stress and chaos of simply parking your car and the dreaded parking ticket!”

— Sophie Ferron, President of Media Ranch.

Media Ranch is currently in production of the third series of ‘Street Jungle’ for Canal D in Canada and the format and finished shows are available for international acquisition.
