A Squared Elxsi Entertainment LLC (A2E2) is  a joint venture between A Squared Entertainment and Tata Elxsi Ltd. The business is a full-service brand entertainment company, creating   developing, producing, programming, marketing, merchandising and distributing content across all channels: online, offline, on-air, and at retail.

The company briefed Boom! to raise their profile in the run up to and at the market to help support their sales drive at MIPTV 2012
