Giant Wheel Animation appoints Boom!

Giant Wheel Animation, an upcoming Anglo-Indian CGI animation studio with offices in London and Bhubaneshwar in India, has appointed Boom! with a PR brief to build the profile of new pre school animation property - 'Lily & Friends'.

‘Lily & Friends’ is an original animation series created by Giant Wheel’s London studio and features a curious little girl called Lily whose imagination leads her on a series of adventures in her garden and features a host of adorable creature characters. Each episode of the 52 x 11’ series features a positive lesson in sharing, helping, love, tolerance or respect.

Boom! has been charged with raising the profile of the property within the global broadcast, digital content, animation and licensing industries in advance of the MIPCOM and MIPJunior international trade events in Cannes in October.

Giant Wheel Animation is an artist led company comprising of designers and animators who have years of experience in developing popular animated shows and feature films.

The business’s London HQ develops original IP and also specialises on character design and storyboarding whilst the Indian studio focuses on servicing projects, both for Giant Wheel’s own properties and other clients including ‘Dear Dracula’, recently aired on Cartoon Network.

The appointment is the latest content industry client to join Boom!’s entertainment roster that also includes broadcaster Andrew Neil’s production company World Media Rights and Zig Zag Productions.
