Former Senior Blue Ant Media Executives Launch Content IP Business

Senior content industry experts Solange Attwood and Asha Daniere, today announce the launch of a new internationally-focused, next generation studio business.

New Boom! PR client Serial Maven Studios is dedicated to exploring new models for the development, financing, production, distribution, and monetisation of original unscripted intellectual properties.  Solange Attwood assumes the role of CEO and Asha Daniere is President.

Headquartered in Toronto, the business will partner with talent and creative producers, using a customised 360 approach to access co-financing, co-production and commissioning opportunities that will see Serial Maven Studios delivering high quality programming and high returns on investment, accessing financing from a globally diversified marketplace. 

Attwood, previously EVP of Blue Ant International, built the business from inception into a globally recognized brand and highly profitable enterprise. During her tenure she led the strategic direction of the business, spearheaded and managed co-productions, pre-sales and worldwide sales activities, leading the business’ expansion and opening sales offices in Toronto, London, New York, Singapore, and Australia.

Daniere is a seasoned media executive, with significant expertise leading mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing, corporate governance and transformational transactions for a diverse set of global companies. She is a corporate lawyer by training and has been instrumental in increasing the value of multiple start-up and small cap companies in the media sector.
